Our collectors are trained and certified for observed and non-observed collections. All drug testing collections are accomplished with an approved chain of custody ensuring the integrity of the collection until arrival of the specimen at the accepting drug testing laboratory of your choice.

We are capable of accomplishing certified collections under the following guidelines:

Our observers conduct themselves as professionals at all times. They observe the entire collection process from start to finish and assist with completing all necessary collection paperwork.

Observers act as witnesses ensuring that the collector and donor verify that the identifying data matches the bottle label, ledger, chain of custody and that the specimen collection bottle is free of debris upon assignment by the collector.

We escort the member to and from the collection site ensuring the specimen bottle is in site at all times and watches as the specimen leaves the donors body and enters into the approved specimen collection bottle.
